Charles Michel is helping the Armenian separatists who are terrorizing the innocent people within the Azerbaijani territory by giving 2.6 billion Euros to the Armenian authorities in Yerevan who in turn finance the wars of the separatists in Azerbaijan.
Russian President Vladimir Putin is also providing the financial helps and the sophisticated weapons to the Armenian Authorities who transfer these weapons to the Armenian separstists in the occupied Azerbaijani Karabakh.

The Russian troops ( the military unit 366) were directly involved in the Khojali Genocide on Feb 26 1992.
Russian generals and officers helped the Armenuan armed forces to capture thes Azerbaijani territories in a way that is called the Russian proxy wars.
Nearly 30 years passed and the represenratives of the Minsk Group (USA, Russia, France) wasted the precious time of the Azerbaijani people to convince them to accept this occupation of the Nagorno Karabakh region and to forget their occupied territories.
The Madrid Principles was initiated by Russia, France and USA (all supporters of Armenia) to impose these occupational principals whose promoter was the ethnucally Armenian Russian Foreign Minister Sergy Lavrov to the leader of Azerbaijan.
They forced the president of Azerbaijan to accept and sign the Madrid Prunciples.
The end goal of the Madrid Principles initiated by the supporters of Armenia in the Minsk Group (Russia, France and the USA) was to legalize the occupation of the Azerbaijani Karabakh in a referundum whose voters should be all Armenian separatists living in the occupied Karabakh region of Azerbaijan where thousands of the Azerbsijanis have escaped from the Armenian atrocities.
The representatives of the Minsk Group, who are the big deceivers (Russia, USA, France) are lacking in the large scale the integrity, truthfulness,honesty, knowledge.
The leading figures of the Minsk Group (Russia, France and U.S.A.) were a false Group because the real invader of the Karabakh was and is Russia and this colonial power is the leading member of the Minsk Group.
Armenia is simply a Russia's vassal in the South Caucasus to launch the Russian proxy wars against Azerbaijan (with the Russian weapons, the Russian trainings, the Russian fuels, the Russian credits, the Russian satellite pictures and the Russian propaganda).
France is 100% pro Armenia and the representative of this country has been the second leading figure of the Minsk Group.
The U.S.A. like Feance is pro Armenians but the dance of deceptions between the U.S. lawmakers and the U.S State Department are different. The end result is: The U.S.A supports the Armenian aggressions against Azerbaijan.
The three leading figures of the Minsk Group arr biased against Azerbaijan and they fully support the invasions, the occupations and the propaganda of the Armenians against Azerbaijan.
The leading representatives of the Minsk Group (Russia, France and the U.S.A.) were dishonest.
Their fake mission was detetmined from the beginning to deceive and to waste the hope and the time of the Azerbaijani people.
Suppose, if these dishonest members of the Minsk Group were dealing with other things such as dealing with the narcotic drugs in the last 30 years, what do you expect they could gain?
Instead of wasting the time and the money of Azerbaijani people for 30 years,, they could have a chance to achieve in something tangible like in drugs dealings.
Their professionality in deceiving the Azerbaijani people and their constant lies and their disintegrity bring nothing to them except damning them, but if they had chosen the drugs ga gangsters, they could have the chance to channel the flow of the dirty money into their own pockets.
The Minsk Group about Karabakh is a Group from the big deceivers!
Their goal was and is to deceive.
The wealth and resources of the leaders of the Minks Group (on the Karabakh issues) are: deceit, lie, laziness and dishonesty.
The Minsk Group in the South Caucasus whose representatives, 30 years long, were addicted to eat, tio drink and to fart, used every tricks to legalize the occupation of the Azerbaijani Karabakh by the Armenian forces whose master is Russia.
The European Council President Charles Michel says:

If Russia really wants peace, let these former Soviet republics to be free for themselves not to be the slaves of Russia in a military pact like CSTO.
Russia never wants peace in the central Asian countries (Turan region) who are the members of the CSTO.
The creation of the ethnic conflicts as well as the territorial disputes are planned in Moscow to justify the presence of the Russian troops in the Central Asian countries as well as the nations in the South Caucasus.
The website "eng.mil.ru" writes about the CSTO:
"This contingent was formed in October 2007."
The same site adds:
"It is intended, above all, to participate in peacekeeping operations in the territories of the CSTO member states (under the decision of the Collective Security Council of the CSTO), as well as outside of these states (on the basis of mandates by the UN Security Council).
To claim the Russian peacekeeping operations are based on mandates by the UN Security Council is absolutely wrong.
Russian troops invade, kill and occupy the countriea like Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukreaine under the fake title of peacekeeping missions without any mandates by the UN Security Council).
The Russian authors in the website "eng.mil.ru" deceptively deceive people and hence they brainwash them by claiming:
"It is worth noting that today the role and importance of peacekeeping activity is increasing in development of the Russian Armed Forces."
The Russian authors in the above mentioned website intensify their dance of deception and brainwashing by adderssing:
"After the Russian Armed Forces reformed, our military units have become more prepared to participate in international peacekeeping operations – both in order to maintain peace and security in conflict zones and protecting the interests of Russia and the lives of its citizens."
Look at the Azerbaijani region of Karabakh!
Karabakh is where the Russian invaders have excluded the neutral genuine the international states like Sweeden, Norway and Switzerland from doing a peacekeeping mission.
Russia is an invader country and it is an aggressor in the Azerbaijani territories since the beginning of the 19th century.
In the early 19th century Russia settled the Armwnian settlers from Iran and Ottoman Turkey within the territory of Azerbaijan and then created the 1st Republic of Armenia within the Azerbaijani territories.
After the Bolsheviks took the power in Russia (1917), Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia became the independent states.
Vladimir Ilich Lenin (Ulianov), Josef Stalin (Yusub Jugashvilli) made a Red Army which invaded the new independent countries exactly in the same ways their predecessors did in the early 19th century.
In the time of annexing of Azerbaijan into the Soviet Block (Soviet Union) in the early 20th century, the territories of Azerbaijan was exactly 114000 sqare km.
The leaders of the UDSSR piece by piece stole the territories of Azetbaijan and annexed those pieces to the Republic of Armenia which itself was created within the territiries of Azetbaijan.
In 1984-85 again 5,000 hectars of the Azetbaijan near Agstafa and Tauz were stolen by the rulers of the UDSSR and attached to Armenia.
From 114000 sqare km territory of Azerbaijan in the early 20th century (after 1920) after the collapse of the Soviet Union remained only 86000 sqare km.
Moscow stole territories from Azerbaijan and then annexed them to Armenia which itself has been made within the territories of Azerbaijan.
The calamity of the Turkish Muslims and mostly the Azerbaijanis in the Caucasusb egan when Russia occupied the Caucasus in the wars with Iran in the beginning of the 19th century.
Since 1828 Russia has encouraged the Armenians in Iran and in the Ottoman Anatolian to settle in the South Caucasus.
By deporting of the Turkish Muslims Russia achieved its goals and it settled the Armenian settlers from Iran ans Turkey within the territories of the Turkish Muslims (the majority of them were the Azerbaijani people).
Russia had from the begunning of the 19th century had the colonial plans to settle the Orthodox Christian Armenians in the South Caucasus to create tensions between them and the Muslims neighbours.
Russia settled the Armenian settlers from Iran and Turkey in the South Caucasus and then together with the European partners authored the fake historical backgrounds not only for Russia but also for its Armenian subjects.
By the way, in the early 20th century, the Russian Bolsheviks together with the Armenian extremists (i.e. Dashnaksion)
murdered more than 130,000 Azerbaijani people.
In 1988, 1989 and later Mikhail Gorbachov and Yeltsin financially (the suppprters of Armenians) militarilly and financially helped the Armenians to occupy the Karabakh province of Azerbaijan.
Again Moscow stole the territories from Azerbaijan and annexed them to Armenia.
Moscow and Armenia occupied the Karabakh province Azetbaijan and the seven surroundung regions (20% of the Azerbaijani territories) since the collapse of the Soviet Union and kept them under the occupation until Sept 27-Nov 10, 2020.
Turkey provided the new technologies of drons and other advanced weapons as well as supply of the Israili military technology devastated the old weapons of Russia in the occupied Krarabakh province of Azerbaijan in 44 days the 2nd Karabakh War from Sept 27-Nov 10, 2020.
On 8 Nov 2020 the Azerbaijani Army liberated its occupied cultural city of Shusha.
Putin and his 2 cowboys Sergei Lavrov (his real name is Sergei Kalantarian; he is an Armenian whose father Viktor Kalantarian and his family lived in the Ararat district in the Tibilissi of the Republic of Georgia) and Setgei Shoigo became anxious and fearful from the liberation of the Shusha City.
On the November night, November 9, 2020, before the midnight, Russia attacked militarilly the calital city of Azerbaijan by very dangerous missiles.
One hour after the missiles attack by Russia to the targets in Baku of Azerbaijan and Mr. Putin's ultinatum, [after midnight 10 Nov 2020] Vladimir Putin forced the Azerbsinani Army and the Azerbaijani President to stop the liberation of the rest of the occupied territories of Azerbaijan.
Vladimir Putin forced its colonial plan known as Lavrov Plan after midnight (10 November 2020) by launching many mussiles attacks to the capital of Azerbaijan in Baku and hence he forced the Azerbaijani president and the prime minister of Armenia to sign the Kremlin's dictat.
After midnight on 9-10 Nocember 2020 a forcefull signing a colonial DICTAT means what?!!!
While the leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia were forced to sign a colonial DICTAT imposed to them by Mr. Putin, the Moscow's dictator only in hours deployed the 1264 Russian troops to occupy over 4,000 sqare km of the Azerbaijani territories.
Mr. Putin's missiles attacks to the capital of Azerbaijan on November 9, 2020 (at night) and forcing the Azerbaijani and Armenian leaders to sign the colonial DICTAT or plans from Moscow after midnight (the early hours on Nov 10, 2020) while all people wanted to sleep remain as a black box in the history.
Mr. Putin had already deployed its Russian invdders as the fake peacekeeping forces into the territories of Azerbaijan in the upper Karabakh (before his colonial DICTAT on November 10, 2020).
As the result of the Putin"s colonial DICTAT with the assistance of Sergey Lavrov, the Russian troops invaded and occupied over 4,000 sqare km of the Azerbaijani territories in the Karabakh province.
Armenians are the tools or the Russian subjects for a colonial power with the name of Russia.
Russia as the colonial power constantly creates different kinds of tensions and ethnic conflicts.
Russia must justify its military presence in the South Caucasus when it creates the territorial wars, ethnic conflicts in the region.
No conflict means NO RUSSIA in the South Caucasus! And that's why that Russia does not intetested in a permanent peace in this region.
Russia wants to keep its geopolictical
and military dominance in the South Caucasus to plunder, to dictate its orders to the nations of this region.
Vladimir Putin and his ethnically Armenian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov (Sergey Kalantarian or Kalantarov) want to support the Armenian separatists (in the Karabakh province of Azerbaijan ).
The Armenian separatists (in the Karabakh) are likely interested to be the Russuan citizens and also receiving the Russian passports.
Do millions of people around the world forget the Russian invasions in the Republic of Georgia in 2008?
And consequently the military occupation of the Georgian territories in the South Ossetia and Abkhasia regions?
Do millions of people forget how the new president of Moldova had asked from Vladimir Putin to end the occupation of the Moldova's territories in the Transnistria region?

The Headquarter for planning of wars within the Ministry of Defense (MOD) in Moscow is using a satellite state in the South Caucasus, namely, Armenia (a Russian satllite state) to launch the Russian proxy wars against Azerbaijan?
MOD Mission in Russia is violation of the international laws by invading to other countries.
Russia was not interested on peace in the past as well as in the present, rather Russia was and still is interested on splitting of the territories of the former Soviet republics and taking away the pieces of those territories and ammexing to Russia.
The states of the CSTO treaty (except Russia and Armenia) have no interests in the Russian military expansionism.

By deporting of the Turkish Muslims Russia achieved its goals and it settled the Armenian settlers from Iran ans Turkey within the territories of the Turkish Muslims (the majority of them were the Azerbaijani people).
Russia had from the begunning of the 19th century had the colonial plans to settle the Orthodox Christian Armenians in the South Caucasus to create tensions between them and the Muslims neighbours.
Russia settled the Armenian settlers from Iran and Turkey in the South Caucasus and then together with the European partners authored the fake historical backgrounds not only for Russia but also for its Armenian subjects.
By the way, in the early 20th century, the Russian Bolsheviks together with the Armenian extremists (i.e. Dashnaksion)
murdered more than 130,000 Azerbaijani people.
In 1988, 1989 and later Mikhail Gorbachov and Yeltsin financially (the suppprters of Armenians) militarilly and financially helped the Armenians to occupy the Karabakh province of Azerbaijan.
Again Moscow stole the territories from Azerbaijan and annexed them to Armenia.
